This case study is still in progress. Use this slot for work that is not ready to tell in full yet, and keep the notes that will become the story later.
The problem
Pharmacies run on tools that were never designed for the way they actually work. Orders, stock, and patient questions arrive in parallel, and the software asks people to hold too much in their heads.
What we are exploring
We are looking at the handoffs: the places where one person finishes and another has to pick up the context. The goal is not a bigger dashboard. It is fewer moments where something gets lost.
What comes next
Prototype the highest-risk handoff, test it with the people who do the work, and only then decide what the product should become.
“The useful thing about an in-progress case study is that it can be honest about what is still unknown.
”
Notes
Replace this file with the real story when the work is ready. Until then, the card stays marked as in progress so nobody mistakes a placeholder for a result.
